On his acceptance to Cape & Cowl
[Well, it's kind of hard to get your point across when you can't actually speak, but the look should speak for itself.
It's definitely the look of 'don't worry, everything is going to be fine, and you got in on the first try and everything!' with a hint of excitement because getting to go to a place like that sounds nice to him. He's pretty excited.
Really though. There's definitely a look that's trying to get his mundane to stop worrying so much when it's really not necessary.]

I'm glad your mundane's sent you somewhere nice.

So he nods, looking... More than just a little pleased. Can't you just tell how excited he is?]
no subject
I hope you do well there.

And don't worry about that Enoch, nothing too nefarious happening in Armaros's future just yet.Even through his excitement though, Armaros does eventually settle and then he tilts his head, curious as to what Enoch has been up to.]

My mundane? ...I was once in a place called Meridian with...another you under a different mundane, but when it closed I was sent to the Tower of Animus instead.
*He doesn't elaborate. No need to tell Armaros he's in a horror game. He even tries to keep a straight face! And does a decent...okay somewhat decent job of it.*

It's a horror game, Armaros.

And grows even more concerned at that because why would anyone ever put Enoch in a place like that? He knows he can take care of himself and all, but... That's just not right.
So you'll have to forgive him if he looks unhappy.]

This is about you, Armaros. Don't worry about me.

He gives him another look like 'are you sure you're okay?', but then tries to smile a little himself in response to Enoch, because it is nice to see him smile. Even if it's just as encouragement to him.
Enoch is so kind, isn't he...?]

I'll be all right.
*Well, he doesn't know that. But he trusts his mundane won't see to breaking him to unplayability, so things can't get too bad, can they?*

He reaches up then, to touch his hand carefully and gives him another look- This one questioning, wondering if he'll at least make sure to be careful. He truly wishes he could drag the scribe over to his game instead, which is nicer than a horror game at least, but that's kind of impossible, isn't it?
So this is the best he can do- A careful touch, a concerned but meaningful look and a little bit of a smile.]

All said, the scribe would gladly follow if his mundane could handle another game - but as it was it was as impossible as Armaros suspected.
The gesture was appreciated, met with a nod and a softening of his smile, less relaxed but not necessarily tense: emotional.* I'll try to take care of myself. You too, Armaros.
