[ America is, to say the least, extremely caught off guard to find herself face-to-face with a miniature Arthur. Despite his small stature, there's no mistaking him— with his wide green eyes, his unruly blonde hair, and the faintest trace of a frown wrinkling his brow, he is definitely, obviously, young Arthur Kirkland. He even has his thick, defined eyebrows at this age!

She keeps a hold on his forearms, though she does so with a soft touch, one he can break away from easily if he wants to. ]

Mmn... [It's not really offensive. It's just that he's used to being teased when someone calls him cute, so it's just a reflex. Plus it embarrasses him. He doesn't struggle under America's hold either as it's gentle.]
