Mundane–

While I appreciate your enthusiasm, I don't want you to overlook the fact that I share a headspace with not one, but two other subordinates in my charge. If I'm going to accept this situation, I need to know that dedication and time management will not present themselves as issues.

Because I am aware of your habits. And I wouldn't like to do what I'd do if I found your commitment to this job sub-par.

[ Probably, but she'll damn well try. Harvey gets a small grin for that, anyway. ] Spectating's nicer, isn't it?
