Who are the other vampires in residence? I very much care to acquaint myself with them, especially if their nature is widely known. My dear fathers would never have approved of such dalliances.

Yes, some of us come from worlds where vampires live openly. A friend of mine is from one such. It is not a perfect situation, but it has worked out better than one might think.

Humans are not treated as food. They have voluntary and paid donors, and artificial blood. Murder is murder for every citizen, whether they have fangs or not.

Humans react to this in a variety of ways. Some of us hate us very much, some like us very much, and most are in the continuum in between. There has been some violence on both sides.
