homeless.
My dear, this constant search for my "new" home must be tedious for you. I admire your tenacity, but unfortunately, you aren't making any progress. Do not deny it. I can see the frustration in your face.
If it's any consolation, I don't mind being homeless for a bit longer (though only a bit mind you). I'd rather you'd find a good home than a terrible one. Preferably one where I can keep my wits and not embarrass myself in any way. I know you would find that rather amusing, but at least let me keep my dignity for God's sake.
Tomorrow, promise me you'll go outside and see the sun. If you stay indoors for much longer, you'll turn into my little brother. One Sherlock is enough, thank you.

The planet is completely devoid of life. However, there is evidence left behind from those that used to live there. A group calling themselves "The Management" is bringing people to this planet to try to repopulate it.
[Sherlock's not interested in that part, he wants to figure out what happened.]

Who said anything about passing on our genes? There are ways to repopulate areas without sex, Mycroft.

Indeed.
[He doesn't believe Mycroft.]
There's this bit about a soul that I don't understand, but since people tell me I don't have a heart, I presume I'll never understand it.
[Yes, this is a slight test of Mycroft, just because he can.]

I'm not wrong about this. I have one very important piece of evidence to substantiate my claim: you dear Watson.

He did something stupid to try to save my life....
[Which is about as close as he'll come to admitting anything.]
In the end, heart and soul are about attachments. Attachments are very dangerous things.
[Which is Sherlock's own twist on Zen.]

[Mycroft, why are you telling him something which he so enjoys schooling others?]
no subject
Almost.

I had Ms. Adler fooled....

'Too bad?' I thought I saved queen and country. Isn't that what you wanted?
[Mycroft, give up trying to figure out Sherlock's heart.]

As I said to her: the game became to complex. She became personally invested. Sentimental. Ultimately, it was still just a game.

[Weighted glance.]
Not so sure about you...
[Because why else would Mycroft always come to his brother?]
