How could you let me come to a place like this so unprepared?! You don't have enough icons for me, and even though you say you want to place me somewhere, you don't even know where that's going to be!

Wait. Shrunk? Normally she would have felt insulted and possibly would have accused the jerk of calling her 'short', but as it was, this was Sonic.
Sonic, her hero who could never do wrong ever, and the object of her young childish daydreams for much of her life. He probably just was seeing things, or was so dazzled by her beauty that he missed something so critically important!

[He wiggles out from her grip, staring down at her with a most puzzled face. Honestly, he's seen weirder already, such as a younger version of himself of all things. He's just wondering why this happened! The Time Eater seemed to be through and done, so it couldn't be that.
He taps his foot a little, giving a short tilt of the head. He scratches a hand behind his head, arching a single brow.]

[I mean, come on. He's taller and his eye color has developed, a sign of his adolescence, meaning not the Sonic this Amy knows.]
I'm not sure how old Amy is in SCD Canonically? I've always assumed she was 8, though.

Amy looks hurt. Genuinely hurt. What, so Sonic didn't think that she was good enough for him to be with? Why wouldn't someone want them to be together; they were the perfect couple! He always saved her, and she could also save him if she really wanted to (and had the opportunity, because, well. Sonic was the best hero ever and never needed saving!). What was wrong with their coupling?!
And also, part of her just feels hurt because he brought it up at all, as though she needed reminding.]
