[Dextera doesn't understand his mun's ideas. if the world was destroyed, that meant he had failed. that the world wasn't fixed and that his sin wouldn't be healed.
carefully, he writes down something on the paper that his mun had been nice enough to provide him with.]
I don't understand. I can't fix the world if I'm gone. Please. I can't go.
[too bad Dextera. Mun already sent the app in. his shoulders slump. he really had no choice, did he?]

[ Of course not. Anyone with the slightest bit of perception could deduce otherwise. Yet- isn't that the commonplace phrase for interjecting yourself into someone's situation and offering some solace. Obvious questions. That, and perhaps a careful, if not cautious look of concern. ]

[ It may not be true in Taki's case, but he's been aware that some Writers pick their muses because they savor in purposely torturing those they choose. Physically. Mentally. However one might be scarred, inside and out. It may be a simple truth of this place and the way it works for some, but now seems hardly the appropriate time to be the harbinger of bad news to further laden upon this boy's shoulders. Therefore he opts for encouragement and an outlook which is far less grim. ]

That can be possible, if you're placed into a 'Game'.

[ Considering that the military analogy might go over the young man's head, Taki instead attempts to rephrase himself- aiming to speak with compassion and patience, as it seems to work best. ]
At times places such as those can bring people together.
It may be difficult to believe, but I know from experience that... When things are hard to endure, you find others to rely upon. And those few will need you, and appreciate your company in return.
So, no matter how unpleasant it may seem at first- you won't be alone.

I'll try to find them. Thank you.

Anytime.
[ Taki won't say 'You're welcome', because words like that almost make it sound as though he's given Dextera something which ever required thanks. Instead his words, the comfort and consolation are simply a given. That which he offers freely and willingly, in the aim that it does give the other a glimmer of hope in all this. ]
