Clarissa's expression flicks from surprise to awkwardness to anger in the space of a few seconds, resulting in them all getting jumbled up into a mess that clearly shows this is unfamiliar ground. She rarely talks about this stuff, but she'd thought she must have at least told Silver...but she hadn't, so what do? She flicks her hair back and folds her arms defensively in front of her chest, that weird mix of emotions mirrored in her voice.]

You never asked! It's none of your business, anyway, is it? Besides, why would I want to talk about it when you get so pissed whenever the team comes up? Hardly common sense, right?

[She sort of has a point. Silver's hate for Team Rocket is just that irrational, he probably wouldn't have listened. But to hear her say it now, sounding so vulnerable...this is different. And he's not sure how to feel here.]

[Clarissa catches the movement out of the corner of her eye but doesn't act on remark on it. She sighs, hanging her head slightly and continuing on in much quieter, sadder tones than before as if reflecting to herself.]

I don't know what I'll do. But this is just another thing that'll be "normal" to me, right...? Whatever my other life is...the mun won't even let me know that yet. I just hope I found something else.
