Hello.

This seems to be a rather popular custom on Earth, so I suppose I must experience this at least once. It's a good way to learn about my new home planet, testing out the different things to do, and reading anything I can.

Except I'm still not sure about some of the novel selections. I don't see why the pictures are necessary, or why I need to read about bears.
