Dear Mun,
You do know that wanting to play me is hopeless and stupid? And even if you some how manage to find a place that will take me, you do realize that I'll never have any castmates? You're better off apping that OC you were thinking about and leaving me alone.
But you aren't going to listen to me anyway, are you? Just great.

I apologize... Tezz is a dick. Yay MtG muses though!
Now this one that that thinks he can play me? Tch. I have to deal with trying to work with a being who can just barely comprehend thinking in three dimensions.
yay a castmate! yay for MtG! And Chandra isn't lady charming herself...
dragoncat dragged in. Aren't you supposed to be off somewhere doing your master's bidding? And while I'd hate to agree with you on nearly anything, I do have to admit, that your mun must not be the brightest spark if they thought touching you was a good idea.
The problem with planeswalkers is not many of them really like each other
I merely acknowledge from time to time that temporary... alliances are more beneficial than fighting an overwhelming power. And if the dragon feels the necessity to call itself 'master,' well. He can stuff himself on pride before the inevitable fall.
I wonder, Chandra, how long you would last were Bolas to turn his interest to you?
Indeed. But I will at least concede that they appreciate intelligence and cunning, even if it is beyond them. I assume yours likes 'lots of pretty fires.'
Re: The problem with planeswalkers is not many of them really like each other
[She does pale a little bit at the idea of fighting a dragon, especially after her recent escapades on Zendikar, but she pushes those thoughts away quickly and slaps a cocky expression onto her face.] I'd die fighting before I let some overgrown lizard make a puppet of me.

[That's the most you're likely to get out of that particular branch of conversation]
Yes, I knew that would be your answer. Fortunately unlike yourself I am able to understand the concept of bending before breaking and thus am still quite alive and managing to run my own agenda even with an overgrown lizard thinking he has me under his claw.
[He waves his etherium hand, moving on to a different topic than muns]
Very well. Tell me, what is new in the other corners of the multiverse? My work on new Phyrexia has been rather absorbing and I have not had the chances for planeswalking.

[Glances at him to see if name dropping that annoying mind mage's name would get a reaction from him]
...But aside from that, I don't know much about what has been happening on other planes. I've had my own dealings to deal with. I have heard some rumors though

Oh, so you've met Jace as well? Hah. Did you find him personable? Likable? Trustworthy?
Regardless, I don't understand his attraction to female pyromancers. Or, perhaps more upsettingly, I do. Tell me, did he ever mention a certain 'Baltrice'? Tall, domineering, liked to punch things with fire, and had bit of a swearing problem? I'm sure you two would have gotten along like a house on... well.

[The mention of another pyromancer does perk her interest however] Never heard of her, but she sounds... [grin] Fun.

[Is that disappointment in his voice?]
Well that's good for you, then.
Yes, I had no doubt you'd think so. She was a companion of Jace's when we met last. She was unfortunate enough to trust him. Of course, his altering her memories without her knowledge probably helped that trust along a bit... Do be sure to ask of her the next time you see the "Mind Mage" for me, won't you?

BE READY FOR THE TLDR
Now as to where I have been... Ahh, the tales I could spin of all the places I have seen... I've been traveling from plane to plane for so long now that I'm not sure where to begin... perhaps where I was born will be as suitable as any. My homeplane is that of Sigil, the plane of doors, a sort of nexus between worlds if you will. It is a place that houses nearly a countless number of planeswalkers, as well as a wild assortment of 'people' from other realms. From there I visited what many planeswalkers of sigil liked to call the prime material plane, which housed many wondrous worlds, but the one in particular I had visited was known as Faerun.
Admittedly, I spent several decades on Faerun, as it was really quite an interesting place, and I encountered some of the most fascinating companions there as well. One such companion had the blood of a god running through their veins and eventually even had the choice on whether or not they would ascend to godhood. I could go on, but I don't want to talk your ear off if you do not find the lilt in my voice as enchanting as it is for some listeners.
From there I visited many of the layers of hell, even leading a rebellion against a major demonlord across several planes, all by accident I assure you. Some demons just do not handle a satire all that well, and blame yours truly for some sort of made up indiscretion. I had found myself traveling to a few other places here and there, winding up back in Sigil again before finding myself dragged here. But the wind blows and I go, riding on the wings of whim, chance, and freedom. Haha!
No probs here!
That's an impressive list of accomplishments.
[And she had asked for it after all, regardless of if she found the tone of his voice irritating or not.. and the answer was at the very least, not.]
I'm much the same. I don't stay in one place for long either. [It was refreshing to find another kindred spirit, even if he was unusual.]
Though the mun seems to be interested in finding me a place to stay for awhile.
1/2
[He flashes Chandra his most winning smile.]
Some of them can be considered rather impressive, but others are titles along the lines of simply my profession. For instance if I were to call you Chandra the human pyromancer of Tethtoril and keeper of the sacred flame, it might sound rather impressive to the average person. Then again if you break it down, you could say you're Chandra the fire wizard, who worked for some kingdom and has a fancy fire spell. Not nearly as impressive that way no? Granted the majority of what I just said I had made up off the top of my head, as I really don't know much about you yet.

Re: 2/2
Fair enough. And it's not hard to get to know me. Or At least I don't think it is. I'll tell you a little about myself then.
[An excuse to brag a little? why not!]
My exploits are varied, but my most recent one ended up with me fighting a dragon. Not near as impressive as a demon lord, but I figured I did alright given that my magic wasn't working properly.
It was all on account of that stupid scroll I... found awhile back. [Thinking of the dragon scroll and all the troubles it led to makes her frown some, but she brightens up with a smile in an effort to gloss over the memory of it.]
Before that, there was this nasty place called Diraden that was filled only with black mana [She shudders at the memory of the dreary place.] Ended up having to kill a vampire prince there in order to escape. And let me tell you, that was no easy task.
Hmm... you mention another 'me'. It could have been me, or an alternate me, or a future me, or... [shrugs] But it wasn't this me. At least not that I am aware of.
[Glances up wards with a raised brow as if waiting for the mun to pipe up, then shrugs again when nothing happens.]
Muns can be strange, that is a truth. So tell me, was it worth being carted over to meet me? Or do I need to impress more? [grins]
Sorry, lost my internet for a bit xD
Hmm, it sounds to me like you had gone to a plane of mostly negative energy... quite tricky to get out of if you're unprepared for the journey.[D&D and MTG aren't all that different after all o_O
Haer'Dalis can't help but grin at that last remark.]
I think you're suitably impressive enough that it was worth meeting you, even if I was pestered a little to do so. Although, I'm certain you likely know all kinds of ways that you might be able to impress me more.
[Like flirting with him back... or lighting him on fire, one of those :\]
Welcome back :) I thought I scared you off XD
[nods] Yeah black mana can be pretty negative since it is all about death, corruption and evil in general. [She shudders as she thinks about the time being surrounded by the negative energies of black magic.]
Well thank you! I like to make an impression, even if it is with my boot, or my fist, or a big fiery explosion.
[laughs at the last one]
You've made an impression as well. Been awhile since someone has put me in a good mood.
It usually takes a lot more to scare me off. Besides, as cliche as this pun is, Chandra is hot XD
Ah, but there can still be a nice little bit of chaotic entropy about it at least. It may mostly be about death, negative energy, corruption, and your general malice, but there is always some purpose and good that can come of it.
Haha! It sounds like things are at least never truly dull while you're around. Otherwise you'd make sure to do something so to liven things up a bit. I'm also quite glad that I seem to have had a positive effect on your mood, as that was my goal. From my experience those who travel the planes alone, rarely have much to smile about.
Haha, she is isn't she?
Ugh, undead. Don't get me started on them either. [makes a face. she brightened quickly however since she was in a good mood.]
[she winked, flashing a flirty grin.] I don't like things to be dull so it pays to be interesting. I also find you interesting as well.
A planeswalker and you haven't tried to kill me yet! My luck must be improving.
Especially in the M12 and M13 art :3
Haha! [And he winks right back] You know, I think I like you even more than I did before dear Chandra. I never really could understand why planeswalkers always have to be so hostile towards one another. Was there some sort of memo passed out that I missed, stating all planeswalkers had to kill each other on sight? My luck must be improving too, to have met such a charming planeswalker as yourself.
I need to buy more icons for her XD
If there was a note, I failed to get it as well. Not that I don't mind a good scrap now and then as it gets the blood pumping.
[She beamed at his praise, not because she was unused to it, which was a little true, but because good company was hard to find, especially when she wasn't constantly on the run.]
You aren't so bad yourself [she grinned broadly towards him.] You aren't so bad looking yourself you know. I haven't seen many with, that kind of coloring before. [She thought about reaching out to touch it, then decided against it because you know, personal space and all that.]
Hehe, if you ever play her full time somewhere, you should let me know ^_^
I don't mind a good duel or battle every now and then either. I just find it far more interesting to potentially have a pleasant conversation every now and then before having to resort to hostilities. That is, if I must resort to hostilities at all.
[His smile was a slightly softer one now, gentle rather than the sharp smile he wore before. He was almost going to reach out to hold her hand she almost touched his hair with, but refrained for similar reasons.] Yes, even in my home world of Sigil, my hair color is rather unique. You may have heard of my race from your travels across the planes, but I am a Tiefling. Tieflings are humans, elves, or any other sort of humananoid that has a hint of demon's blood in their family tree. It's because of my part demonic heritage that I bear certain characteristics, such as my hair color.
Currently I am playing in DragonHaven but thinking of apping her elsewhere as well.
Tiefling eh?
[She eyed him over again, more of a study of his physique as she had not heard of tieflings before and therefore wanted to remember what she saw, plus him being pleasant to look at certainly helped. It also resulted in a slightly more appreciative grin.]
Well, I can truthfully say that I have never encountered one of your kind before. So far it has been a good experience. You aren't going to suddenly turn around and go all evil and creepy on me, are you?
I just took a quick glance at DragonHaven, and it's an interesting looking comm at least.
[That got a good laugh out of him]
Haha! I would say only if you wanted me to, but I sense that your question does at least have the faintest hint of seriousness to it. So in answer to your question, no, I will not suddenly turn around and go all evil and creepy on you. Many tieflings are prone to certain... urges... depending on their level of demonic blood, and what kind of demon blood flows in their veins. In my case, I'm fairly certain that my great grandmother was a succbi, and perhaps there was a hint of balor on my great grand uncle's side, but any urges I might have, I am quite well trained in controlling.
For example I have quite the urge to kiss you right now, and I think I'm doing a pretty decent job of keeping that one in check, don't you? Of course, that may be more because you're a rather attractive woman, rather than any sort of demonic callings.
Lemme know if you have any recommendations as well, I'm happy to play her pretty much anywhere.
[She wasn't going to mention that he probably had a higher chance of winning since he seemed to be a little more experienced in combat than herself.]
So it is a relief to know that I wont have to go kicking your butt any time soon.
[Her grin became cheeky until he mentioned kissing her. The thought of it brought a flush of color to her cheeks, causing her to glance away suddenly shy. In day to day survival, there was not much chance for flirting to take place, so, naturally she was a little out of her depth. Her natural impulses were telling her to run with it, yet she was afraid of losing her hard won self control. Finally she just looked back at him, aware that she was blushing even more.]
It's a shame that you are. [Not what she had meant to say. At all. She turned even more crimson at this point and her hair which usually responded to strong emotions began to crackle a little at her nape as small tendrils of flame began to flutter in lieu of hair.]
I apologize for all the edits XD
I would likely assume the same thing. [Actually he suspects he'd probably be a little more than a match for her, but he's trying to be modest.]
[He had thought she might be a little inexperienced, but he hadn't pegged her for being the shy type, which intrigued him all the more. He couldn't help but grin, as it had been too long since he had a made an attractive lady blush like that, and it seemed to compliment her fiery hair perfectly. He didn't want to scare her off though, and as such was about to apologize for being so forward with his flirtations, when he heard those words escape her lips.] Oh? [His eyes lit up with an inner fire, to match the flames that seemed to flutter around Chandra. He gently used one hand to pull her closer, and used the other to cup her chin in his hand as he grinned.]
I can easily remedy the for you too.
[Luckily for him, he was also a bit fire resistant, so if the flames so close to his face bothered him, he didn't show it. Without giving her time to over think it, Haer'Dalis swooped in, embracing her, and gently planting his lips on hers in a passionate kiss. He wasn't trying to be too forward with it as they'd only just met a little while ago, but he wasn't lying about having certain urges involved with this kiss. He experimentally ran the tip of his tongue across her lip, getting a quick little taste of her, and seeing perhaps if she would bar him entrance, although he was not planning to go quite that far yet unless she was eager to. It may have been his demon's blood, it may have been Chandra's fires, or perhaps just that it had been a while since he'd kissed someone a attractive as she was, but the kiss seemed to be rather heated to him. Finally breaking away from the kiss to take a quick breath of cool air, he couldn't help but grin.]
Perhaps you'll forgive me if I had bit of a... moment of weakness there.
No worries! I don't mind the little inbox explosions lol!
[Yep, she turned another shade of crimson, and it was a good thing he was fire resistant as her hair sparked even more into tendrils of flame that fluttered about her head. She was more surprised at the kiss than hesitant. While she wasn't completely inexperienced at intimacy, the usual responses she got were people screaming and running away when the fire began to appear.]
[She savored the kiss, enjoying the feel of his mouth press against hers. Working off her baser impulses, she nibbled at his lower lip, as encouragement. She could feel the passion in his embrace, and the desire lingering there. It caused her to press against him, reluctant to break the embrace. Her hands slid around his neck, so that her fingers tangled into his hair while her own tongue teased at his lips. When the kiss ended, it left her breathless as well. A smile tugged at the corner of her mouth, not quite ready yet to break into a satisfied grin. She made no effort to widen the distance between them either.]
I'm glad you did. [she spoke breathlessly as she tried to calm the raging emotions that roiled in her heart.]
That's good, I almost did a third edit, but refrained xD
[It was certainly true that a normal man might panic when they felt flames start to lick at their face, but Haer'Dalis was far from normal. If anything his demonic heritage made the flames a bit of a turn on for him. He still had to be careful though as he wasn't immune to fire, and he was starting to be reminded of a moth drawn to a flame. Yet he still wanted more of her and her tantalizing fire, and he could sense she didn't want him to stop just yet.
He threw caution to the wind, surrendering to his desire for her in that moment, and pulled her in closer for another kiss. This time he held nothing back, parting her lips with his own, and running one hand through her fiery hair, and one down the length of her neck and back. He could certainly taste her now, as his senses were incredibly acute in that regard, and he couldn't help but get a little carried away. His tongue skillfully found her own as he kissed her, and he was feeling overwhelmed by his longing for her.
It seemed the more he kissed her, the more of her he truly wanted, and his burning desires were starting to get away from him, as he just barely and painfully stopped that hand at her back from going further down. He was a gentleman first, and that would likely be overstepping his bounds no matter how moist her lips were... or how her eyes burned with an inner passion that would make any normal mortal intimidated... He incredibly reluctantly broke away from the kiss again, allowing both of them to breathe, as he also put out a spark that had worked into a flame on his shirt's shoulder.]
Forgive me dear Chandra, I'm afraid that if I go any further, I may be taking advantage of you. You are easily one of the most breathtaking women I've ever met, and I fear I may get a little too carried away.
[He certainly wasn't lying about her being breathtaking, as he was left literally breathless after kissing her. There was also that slight possibility that he'd catch on fire if he made love to her, but he could always use a spell to remedy that.]
lol... dying at the spark on the shoulder.
[His mouth did wicked things to both her body and her self control. Her tongue danced along his, caressing and encouraging him to kiss longer. Her tongue flowed past his lips and into his mouth, exploring. The hands tangled into his hair shifted to his shoulders and then his chest and sides as warm fingers sought to explore more of his body. The hands were warm, almost but not quite uncomfortably so. She would never be a woman accused of having 'cold hands'.
She felt herself letting go of restraint and managed only at the last minute to keep the passions burning within her in check so that she didn't burst into the human torch from his touch alone. After the kiss ended, she spent several moments catching her breath while gazing into eyes that reflected her own, intense desires. Aside from the obvious gamut of emotions running through her, there was also a small, persistent, undercurrent of caution that was slowly gaining momentum. She had a bad habit of trusting people too easily and getting burned in the process, which was ironic for a fire mage.
As much as she wanted him, and there was no denying that she did, she could not stop listening to the small voice of caution urging her to slow down. When he spoke, she felt a little relieved, but also a little disappointed. She wanted to continue this wonderful and even possibly disasterous meeting. She wanted to lose herself qute litterally the heat of the moment. But seeing the spark she caused onhis shoulder, she realized then, that she could potentially hurt him, even if he seemed resistent to fire. Okay, she told herself, breathe.]
Perhaps it is for the best if we slow down... I don't want to hurt you Haer'Dalis, and I am afraid I will.
[As she spoke, the flames in her hare were beginning to die down. Her heart was still racing, and there was desire smouldering in her eyes, but the look was marred by the concern on her face. She also did not want to add, Especially since I just met you but that thought did lurk at the fringes of her mind.]
xD I always like to temper everything I do with a bit of comedy.
Hah, it's quite alright Chandra, as we have only just met after all. I'm sure one day we'll pick up right where we left off here, but for now we can keep ourselves from burning one another, aye?
[There was a distinct hint of sorrow in his eyes at the prospect of letting go, but he knew well enough the danger of being a moth drawn to a flame, and smothering that flame with his own death. It was something he wouldn't allow to happen before, and he wouldn't allow it to happen here either... no matter what he might desire. He took a seat on the ground next to her, as it was most likely the position he'd be least tempted to hold her in. He sighed, as reigning in his desires like this after letting them run so wild, was excruciatingly difficult.]
Perhaps I might speak with you more about the nature of the planes of existence you've traveled? For instance, if most of the planeswalkers you've met have tried to kill you, what exactly were they like? While it's true that you and I are both planeswalkers, and I have met many hostile planeswalkers myself, most of my experience is in the hells, and I suspect I've met planeswalkers very different than the ones you have. It seems to me that the planes we have access to might not even be able to reach each other, except through an entirely different nexus such as this one.
I usually do as well, just not with her... yet XD... still figuring out her voice.
[She grinned at that. Knowing her, it would more than likely be sooner rather than later and chances are she'd be pouncing on him. Even now as he sat down ont he ground, she thought about it. A sort of playful look flickered across her face like a flame, but she snuffed out. There was always time for later., she told herself.]
I can work with that.
[In spite of the hesitation on her part, she was just as reluctant to let go. She settled as he did, for the ground as well. She remained within easy touching distance however. Her hair and her body temperature was once more verging on normal, so she ran a hand through her crimson locks and adusted the goggles so the rested more comfortably on her head.]
Chances are that we have been moving in different circles entirely. I'm not too into the study of planes though. Theres the Blind Eternities that sort of make up all of the raw mana that leaks through into the various planes. Perhaps were you're from isnt connected to it?
[She shrugged glancing to him with a raised eyebrow.]
I usually just 'walk through them to where I want to or need to go. As for the others...
[she tilted her head back to look up while she thought.]
Most of the time we fight because of opposing ideas, or because I've gone and gotten myself in trouble. [She grinned at that.] Planeswalkers as a whole tend to be a bit standoffish to each other. We all have our secrets or our ideas that we want to guard. For me, I want to live in peace, without someone breathing down my neck telling me what I can and cannot do.
That's how I got into it with a few of them. I sort of stole a powerful scroll called the Dragon Scroll, not once, but twice.
[Not that she was bragging about it. Thinking of the scroll made her frown as yet again her last encounter with two planeswalkers flashed into her mind.]
Do you read the planeswalker novels? I mostly just know what I've read from wikis and the cards.
[Damn, everything about her was just so enticing to his tastes and ideals. He had to make sure to simmer down a bit more, breathing deeply to calm himself.]
To be quite honest I'm actually not too familiar with the concept of mana at all. From what I can understand it is natural magical energy drawn from the land itself is it not? My magic works a bit differently in that I draw on energy from within myself... I guess you could say it is my soul that powers my spells. I've never heard of the Blind Eternities before either, so I would have to assume that you are correct in regards to me being from somewhere that is not connected to it.
[That second part of why she fought definitely got a good laugh out of Haer'Dalis.]
Haha! That dear Chandra, sounds like the story of my life right there. I started off running from demons as a child that would try to eat me, or thanks to stealing food to survive, then I was running from demons trying to draft me into the endless blood war before becoming a member of the doomguard... Suffice to say, I always seemed to be running from troubles into even more troubles. I may be a rather powerful planeswalker, but one day everyone falls to the forces of time and entropy. Still, I'll keep running headlong into more trouble until that day, and when entropy does claim me at last, it shall be with a grin on my face.
[He quicked an eyebrow in interest, as he had a bit of a case of sticky fingers himself, and was curious as to what kind of power this scroll had if it was worth trying to steal twice.]
What exactly does this Dragon scroll do anyways?
I haven't yet. I go off the wiki and the comics myself.
You know in a way, I draw upon the enrgy of my soul as well. All planeswalkers were I come from do. It is what allows us to travel between worlds.
[She grinned at him when he went on to tell her of his life. From the moment they met, she'd felt a certain kinship towards him and so far that feeling had not let her down yet. She could readily see him dashing off into trouble wich brought forth a laugh.]
Somehow, I think you'll be confounding demons, the world and the planes for some time. And then probably haunt every one as a ghost afterwards.
[At the mentioning of the scroll she shifted slightly. Not that she was uncomfortable with it, just that it was a bit of a sore spot after all the troubles it had caused her.]
Well it was a powerful fire spell, so naturally I was interested in it. The first time I got ahold of it, I had another planeswalker come after me to retrieve it. He managed to get it, and also took from me me my memories on how to cast the spell, but I had copies made [Rather cheesy grin at that.]
However, Mother Luti at the monatary told me that the scroll might have additional information written on the case itself, so I went after it again... Let's just say that the second time around didn't go accoring to plan.
The end result put me in a room with a crazed planeswalker turned dragon and that mind mage. It was by luck and trick alone that we escaped.
[Not wanting to dwell on the scroll any more, she shifted the conversation back towards him with a grin as she leaned closer to him.]
What about you? Have you ever had any close calls or narrow escapes?
Well at least you still know a bit more than I do xD
[For some reason that earned a more somber smile from Haer'Dalis.]
One can never be too certain dear Chandra. The tenets of the doomguard revolve around the concept that all things must one day end, even you, even me, and even the multi-verse itself. It is the will of the universe to burn brightly and then one day burn out entirely, until not a single star in the sky will be left to shine. I imagine that this end shall not be for some time, and likely not even within my lifetime, but it is the duty of the doomguard to march at the end of all things.
[Haer'Dalis sighed a little before grinning again.]
Oftentimes people find my doomguard philosophy rather unnerving though, so if it troubles you I shan't mention it again. (ooc: Now you know what I meant by he would be a black/red planeswalker >_>)
It sounds like you lead a rather dangerous life in the pursuit of the destructive power of that scroll. Heh... I've also been in many more close calls and narrow escapes than I would care to tell you all about. Perhaps I can think of one such tale that stood out above the others though. Aha! I know, there was a time five companions and I did battle with a dreaded vampire and her entire brood. All to free the soul of one of my companions, and to find a relic needed to reveal an elven city that had become magically hidden while under siege.
It was truly a tragic battle, where many of my companions had been ensnared by her vile charms and turned against us. We even had the strength of an order of paladins, the most powerful thieves guild on Faerun who had become rivals with this vampire's theives guild, and the greatest swordsman of our time, Drizzt Do'Urden. Yet, despite all that, I was among the last to survive in this battle, as my companions fell one by one around me, some even becoming vampires themselves, trying to drain the life from me. In the end it was just Drizzt, my Raven who was a child of the dead god bhaal, Imoen, and myself, left standing against the dreaded vampire Bodhi herself. Yet in spite of all the protective magics I erected to keep her from getting to me, and despite my skilled swordsmanship, she continued to rip through my defenses one by one.
I am unsure of whether or not vampires are this way in the world you come from, but with each attack they land on you, they drain away your life force making you weaker, and weaker. Were it not for Imoen's well timed lightning bolt, Drizzt's slice almost cutting her clean in half, and another well placed attack from my raven, I would surely have faced the same fate as many of my companions that night. It still took the work of some of the greatest of healers in the city to reverse the damage she had done to me. That was likely the closest I've ever come to death... without actually dying.
It's not much, but I work with what I can!
I can see why other people would be unnerved by that pilosophy. It's not exactly a cheerful one. In fact it's rather chilling idea. But you don't need to worry 'bout sensoring yourself around me though. I'm the last person who would try and stop you.
[Yes she believed in being able to say and do what you wanted... within reason. It was a slippery slope, really...]
I've never though about the end of things, not really anyway. I mean we all have to go sometime, but it's not something I'm willing to do easily. And well I don't know if the multiverse will ever truly end. It's come close from what I've heard... but has never quite made it all the way into oblivion.
[She shifted her position so that she could rest her head on her knee as she listened to the tale of his adventure.]
Depends on the vampire where I am from. The more powerful ones they can hurt you pretty badly and drain your life away or out right kill you with some of their powers. Weaker ones on the other hand, are less dangerous and have a lot less going for them.
I once punched a vampire who was out to suck my blood in the face... made a gory mess, of his face that is. He was mildly powerful but I wouldn't classify him as anything too dangerous. After all a good fireball would have roasted him easily.
[She decides not to mentionhat her fire spells backfired because of Zendikar's strange magic, or that the person to finally take out the vampire was Sarkhan Vol using his staff like a club.]
You know,t he closest I've ever come to actually dying was the time that a sword was being swung at my throat. After that, I tried to avoid capture as much as posible. It doesn't always work out that way though.
[Not mentioning the time she was trapped by another vampire, or the time the Order got a hold of her...]
Your adventures can't have been all bad though? I'm sure you've had some good times as well? What about one of those times?
[She had a rare few good esperiences for herself, so hearing about the adventures of some one else sometimes compensated for this.]

It sounds to me then that you are rather fortunate. Even the most fledgling of vampire in my world can cause nearly irrevocable damage if one is not careful. Many protections from negative energy need to be put into place if one hopes to fight as many as we fought... and even then it was still a terrifying battle.
Hah, there certainly were some good times. I even fell in love a few times before entropy tore us asunder as it must always do... and from what my mun tells me, one such instance is about to happen again...

[Arches an eyebrow at him.]
Muns are pesky creatures, always butting in on things.
[would make a rude gesture to her mun, but thinks against it at the last moment, figuring the mun might do something evil to her otherwise.]
So should we say good bye and hope to meet again?

Hah, they can indeed be pesky, can't they? But then again, so are creative muses and that's more or less what I view mine as.
[He grins giving her another wink.]
I do indeed hope we meet again, and I'm almost certain that we shall. I think the winds of fate have much more in store for the two of us than just our one chance meeting. So until next time dear Chandra, unless of course the multiverse ends, in which case goodbye Chandra.

Until then Haer'Dalis. And I don't think the multiverse is going to explode any time soon.
[Chuckles and stands, blowing a kiss before 'walking away.]

Haha! Until we meet again then dear Chandra!
[Don't mind him he's just going to watch you walk away a little... just keep on walking... With a sigh, Haer'Dalis soon walks away as well. To where? Even he doesn't know yet.]
