Are we back? (voicetesting and all?!)
You know, I thought that perhaps playing that one blasted song over and over and over again would be the most irritating thing you'd do tonight, but apparently I couldn't be further from wrong!
[ folds his arms in a tight knot across his chest; lips pursed; sharp breathing ]
If I had any clue, any inkling that you'd haul me back to this god forsaken place, I'd have made for an escape much earlier.
But I suppose that now, all of those notions have been quite harshly swept from the cards.

At least turn this music off, I implore you, mun...

[ seems midly disquietened ]
Torturous, these mun types, wouldn't you agree?

Dare I ask what she has done with you, my little one?

You shouldn't worry, Father. It was nothing that I couldn't handle.

But, for your sake, I do hope she keeps you well?

All in all, I still have most of my own sanity in tact, so that is always a positive note. And yours? How does yours treat you as of late?

Ah, I wouldn't trouble you with my strife; though she does seem so keen on perpetuating it... [ he trails off, an oddly mindful look upon his face. ] She has me sharing drinks with whom I couldn't fathom even smiling at, and fraternising with those I wouldn't dare to pay the slightest affable thought to otherwise...
Typical stuff, really. [ sighs lightly, running a hand through his hair. ] I'm surprised I've not been forced off the nearest cliff as yet.

-- Ah. Well, it wouldn't do her any good if you were flung into the depths, would it? I would certainly be upset. [ A beat. ] I find myself finding different ways of escape with you - or, rather, versions of you. [ And a small laugh. ] Or as a mortal witch attending a boarding school.

It does bear reminding that the great All-Father cannot keep either of us from our children here.

You're right, my dear. Although our sweet snake does so miss her brother, her sister. I still see little of them... 'tis... 'tis quite a shame, really.

I wonder, will her inane toying with me ever really cease? [ he can't help but laugh; humourless in its brevity. ] Well, that would indeed be idiotic of me to ask.
I daresay you are pleased with my forced resurfacing?
no subject
She only toys with those whom allowed it. And I've heard you a good puppet oh silver tongue.
no subject
Oh, and am I to assume that you are in complete control of yourself? Your mun not dragged you here too? [ tuts; clicking his tongue. ] I forget, you'd crawl here of your own volition had you nary an arm nor a leg to your name. Pathetic.

I see however your brief break has done little to mend your temperment
