We both know what day it is, ma belle. It is a pity you did not see the parade... and a pity you will not see the Tower lit up with thousands of lights, or the fireworks display. This will be Monsieur Hollande's first Bastille Day, alors, it will be an interesting day all around, non?

And then of course I will have a private party at my house. I am not sure any of the others will come, mais, there is hope yet. Yes, I invited everyone.

And I know it is a shame we cannot celebrate my birthday in my only game, mais... I am not sure anyone on the island would come, either. Ah la la, it does not matter. [He smiles back just as gently, shrugging easily.] Better than some, yes. I haven't been busy, but that's all right. I get to see Francia on his birthday so it's good.
