I don't see why you're so shocked at my Stoutland being as durable as he is. You've trained several yourself, after all; you should know just as well as I how well of a partner Stoutland makes for any kind of situation that might arise. Not to mention, as a Gym Leader, it's only natural to have tough Pokemon; it would be a let-down for any challengers if my Pokemon were easy to defeat. You can't hand out badges to just anyone, after all! Honestly, with how long you claim to have been a fan of this series, I would have thought you knew that much by now.

A gym leader, eh? It appears you are moving up in the world, Cheren. Perhaps my original perception of you was incorrect.

A lot has changed in two years, Hilda. There are other new Gyms that weren't around when we were travelling, and there's the Pokemon World Tournament, as well. You would probably enjoy that, actually. [what's not to love about Pokemon tournaments???]

I know! A whole bunch of gym leaders all over went to participate, right? It's all over TVs and stuff.

[ she smiles. ] I'd like to! I just want to travel around for a little, you know? See what other regions have to offer.

[ and look for a certain person that took off on a dragon. ]

[he has to admit, he's kind of glad cheren understands a few things about Inner Strength and all that too. it wouldn't do to have the hero hanging out with a loser, right? besides, there's something nice about watching a little brat blossom into a real life grown up.]

Perhaps a new beginning is in order. I must admit, I am curious about the people who have known the Hero of Unova all their life.

Yeah, that's it. The Champions from other regions participated, as well. Even if I wasn't battling them, sitting and watching them battle was just as good. [and he was internally fanboying over every single one of those champions, you know he was.]

Makes sense. I'd like to visit other regions when I get the chance, as well, to see how strong their Trainers happen to be. Not to mention I'm sure Professor Juniper wouldn't mind getting Pokedex data from Pokemon not found in Unova.

[Oh, he can probably still be a brat, but for the most part, he is mature and a responsible Gym Leader now. But really, he also hopes that N was able to learn more about different sorts of strength, and using that to find one's purpose. The scene with Ghetsis really did kind of surprise him, after all.]

Well, if there's an opportunity, I don't think either Bianca or myself would object to spending time with you. [now, anyway. Now that Team Plasma isn't really a bother, and they've learned their methods were flawed.]

She was impressed with how my Stoutland held its own in a double battle with minimal support, but as I said, she should know well how durable a Pokemon Stoutland is. [they are really the best pokebros ever, okay ;o; it's surprising, since you can get them so early on]

It would probably be better if she had waited for the patch, but as impatient as she is, she decided purchasing the game in Japanese would be better for her. She had her own justification, but personally, I think it boils down to her being impatient. [unless you're a Pokemon. ...but they can all understand themselves anyway.

I wouldn't say that, Bianca. My Pokemon are certainly strong, but we all have a long way to go.

Aah, I know, right! My mun was very impatient too! She did the whole rom-watching thingy and then started playing the game like, 24hrs after release because she was really-really-really looking forward to see me and battle you. But then frustration got the best of her and now she's waiting and throwing not very nice words at the translation percentages.
