Mun is it? Well, I have to ask. Are you really sure we should do this? I mean yeah you can play me from any point in canon, but really do you think it's wise to play me post canon with all of the history you added?

It's been a while but my mun remembers reading the book. But you remember further than that?

Apparently. She made up her own stuff after the book.

[He's going to stare for a moment, mun will just squee. He recovers.]

Just this:

Now having finished his internship and residency Landon is starting his life. It's now been fifteen years since he lost his wife Jamie. He works in a hospital in Chicago as an Oncologist. Giving back by helping others who went through what Jamie went through. He's had a few failed relationships but he knows when he meets the right person? He'll just know and like Jamie she'll sneak up on him when he doesn't expect it.

[ Every fiber of her being likes the idea of him moving on, of him actually going out and living his life, but there's still the teeniest, tiniest part of her that - for a very fleeting moment - gets jealous. She's only human, after all, despite how much effort she puts into being the best, kindest person she can be.

It passes fairly quickly, though, and then she smiles. ] I like that. You going on to help people... It's more than I ever could've asked for.

Haven't done much with him either. Just decided to make the move with him from LJ :)

[Landon would trade any of it just to have her back. He does it to make her proud knowing she'd be watching.]

[ Her smile softens as she reaches out, hesitating for a second or two before she brushes his hand with her fingers. ] I know you would, Landon, but think of all of those people who will get to keep their loved ones because of you.

[Catching her hand with his and drawing her closer.]

Just a moment. [ Her free hand moves up to rest on his chest, settling into place right above his heart. She can feel hers hammering away at her rib cage and she idly wonders if he'd be able to feel it if he put his hand on her chest. ] I've missed you, Landon. So much.
