On staying up until 6AM to app

Hey, um. It's really nice that you're so excited! Or determined, I guess, and I'll be happy to get in, but that was a really, really bad idea, especially when you knew you were going to be woken up at this time. You started that application at 2AM and you haven't slept in almost two weeks, I bet it'll be full of typos, and now you're going to have a load of seizures today as well.  Try not to worry your friends?

I do hope we get in, though! It's really nice that you're back in the swing of things. For now. I hope it lats this time.

I know right! He's still up! ...Mind you, we are waiting for dinner, so perhaps that's fair. He didn't have any seizures, though, so that's good, and it means all I have to worry about is whether the app is good enough!

Well, his boyfriend does live on your side of the world, so he's gotten a bit too used to staying up late, I think. Timezones make things difficult, don't they?

Ah, yeah, timezones kinda suck. Too many times my mun has stayed up way past any sane person's bedtime, just to talk to her friends who live closer to you. But it's not logical or healthy to have everyone run on the same time. Is your mun still okay, though?

I am glad that time zones exist! Remember what it was like before? Still, it'd be nicer if I was in the same timezone as Sve, Nor and Den. [He pauses and pouts for a moment.] Must be worse for you and Russia, though.

[ A vein in her temple nearly twitches at the mention of Russia, but she just manages to keep her composure, laughing instead. ]

Like hell I'd want her closer to me!

[Finland chuckles, but he understands.] I mean, it must be hard if you have more than one timezone in your own country!

[ America instantly feels better when the conversation swings away from Russia. That was a close one! ]

Oh, well... Mm, a little bit! But it works for everyone and that's what's most important. And, hey, I'm kinda used to it by now, so when I have to leave the house, it's not as a big a deal as it used to be.

[He laughs, smiling brightly.] I'm glad you got used to it. I think it'd be a lot worse to try and change it now. It definitely works, and that's the main thing!

[ America grins, nodding with a little obvious amusement. She's thinking about the possible chaos that could ensue if the world was to do away with time zones. No, she definitely agrees with Finland. ]

So what's up with this application? Did you get in? Where were you even going?

We did! I'm in Amat now. It's an... interesting place.

Actually, it's really fun! Not the sex bit, um, but Sve and Nor were there before me and I've made some friends there too. The other game I was in seems to have become inactive, so... Well, it is fun.

How— Really? Well, I guess if Sweden and Norway were there... it'd be less scary. But... like... Is it like that Love Hotel place? You get put in awkward situations that lead to sex? Are you guys okay?

Um, I don't think so. We have collars and we have to have sex before fourteen days or they tighten and strangle us, but I found someone to help for now, and Nor and Sve are looking after each other. Things are, well... It's okay. Or it will be.

You have to or—? Uhm... well, I'm glad you're okay, but there's nothing you can do about those collars? It's always "sex or die within two weeks"?

I think so. People who've been there longer than me say that's how it is. I'm going to look for a way around it, though!
