Looks like there's already misinformation going around. Your link says that Sailor Bunhead and Tuxedo Boring will have the same voice actors, but this one: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-07-06/sailor-moon-manga-gets-new-anime-in-summer-2013 says it's not confirmed.
