She doesn't understand the move. D:
...There were wolves in the walls of livejournal. Obviously if we had stayed we could have fought the wolves.
You shouldn't have to be forced out of your home because of some awful wolves in the walls

[It was totally wolves dude.]
I don't understand.

So they moved here where the leadership is still good.
no subject
[frown] ...Maybe the wolves made them do it.
[She doesn't want to admit that she doesn't know anybody here. She's just thrown in and all new.]

[He decided he needed to be a little nicer since it was a kid he was talking to, so he put on a smile for her.]
So, what is your name? I'm Karl.
no subject
[She doesn't look shy or bat an eyelash. She straightens, bold as you please]
I'm Lucy.
no subject
[He was a little impressed at how bold she was for being a kid in a playpen with monsters.]

There's lots of angry people in my house. Not my old house. [she frowns] You see, I thought it would be wolves because my old house had wolves. And then they broke out of the walls and made a mess of things and ate our food and played my brother's video games.

[Now he's confused.]

[He decides his curiosity was too great.]
I want to do a magic trick. If you let me I can see what happened through your eyes.
no subject
....Magic? [tight lipped] ...Is it going to hurt?
no subject
[He smiled a little.]
No, it won't hurt. You'll barely notice I'm doing anything. All I'll be doing is looking at your memories. Like a photo album or home movie.

[With that she would barely notice the feeling of something being different in her mind. Karl was "reading" the memories of what happened in her house very quickly so that in less than a minute everything would be back to normal for her.]
Thank you Lucy. If you want I have some chocolate covered strawberries. Since you were nice enough to let me see.
no subject
That didn't hurt. Where are you going Karl?
no subject
Of course it didn't I wouldn't lie to you.
[He gave a shrug.]
I'm not sure yet, my mundane hasn't found anywhere to go.

[pause]

[lonely? whatever gave you that idea.] I can't find my brother.
no subject
[He didn't need to read her mind to know that.]
Lucy if you'd like you could help me in my garden for a while.
no subject
[Mom had a garden. Then she got grabbed away from mom and went to live in another house with wolves and lots of crazy people and just-just-]
....Okay. I'd like that.
no subject
Alright. Do you want to start on the flowers or the food first?
no subject
Flowers please.
[She smiles at that] Pig puppet likes dirt and I enjoy the smell of flowers. It shall be a perfect compromise.

[The wolves...did not say anything about this]
...I don't think so.

[there's a little waver in her voice]

....You made my writer happy. [And her a little anxious but she's young and what can you do?]

:33 < oh, hello!

...Not here according to the...the... [what was it her dad said] general opinion.

:33 < and thats a good thing!
:33 < wolves would never stand a chance against me
Here, have another displaced Gaimanpup!
