Intentions are complicated, friend, and so I pay little mind to delving into those of strangers. But this'un ain't too bad, from what I can tell.

I cannot help but find myself encouraging these stalwart children in their endeavors, no matter how trivial they may seem. They seem to take such joy in these games. Thus I find it quite difficult to fault them.

I do believe we all begin that way, good sir. Slightly jarred by the unexplained intentions of those who play the role of our "puppeteers". However beyond that oddity I do believe we are allowed to be who we are without much restriction from them.

I used to be an adventurin' soul, and the thought of such new opportunities would'a tickled me. Now I find myself leery of it all.

Caught up in our own problems, I hadn't realized how grim things're lookin' out there.
