Which is exactly why it's not going to work! Everyone is going to just run around countering the actions of everyone else. If someone uses the money to get rid of crime, someone else can just bring it back with their own. It's completely, utterly, and devastatingly hopeless!

People can't come back from the dead without an appetite for bloods, brains, or some other bodily fluid. The likelihood of ever seeing him again isn't slim, I could participate in another war in my lifetime, but he might break all of my bones once he's been summoned back to this realm.
