Um, just a thought ...maybe your mun would listen to you if you don't threaten to gouge out their eyes or whatever you'd do in order to mount them on a wall, or make a necklace out of them or ...something.

I mean, you're a good looking guy and all - you could probably just smile and everything would be great.
