[She's full-out crying now, clinging to his chest and burying herself within his coat. She is a bit confused on his sudden change of heart, but right now she doesn't care. She just wants her Zodiac, she wants them to be near her in this strange, unknown place and to remind her of the bond they have]

[His eyes close for a moment as he inhales through his nose, a waft of salt from her tears overwhelming his canine senses. His grip tightens on her, and then his head lowers so that he can bury his face in her hair.

Light fingertips trail up her back until he reaches the bare skin at the back of her neck. His touch is warm as fingers enter her hair and he continues to hold her against his chest.

He doesn't bring up the irony of her words... that she was the one who exiled him. Turned him away to live in that house alone.

His face lowers until it meets the sticky wetness on her cheek. It's all he can do at the moment.]
