Take Utau instead. There are all those other idols to keep her company and she's okay with the idea... I don't care if you play her too much already, at least you've got her voice down.

They're, uh, tiny fairies born from the egg of your heart. See, all kids born with a Heart's Egg and some of those eggs hatch into your guardian characters - Shugo Chara. You could call them your would-be self, as they represent your hopes and dreams and all of them are different.

[Staring. And listening. Trying not to say that's the weirdest thing she's ever heard.

So...They follow you around? These fairies?

They do, but they're mostly just visible to others who have them - and to children with pure hearts.

Huh. Do adults ever have them?

No. They disappear from every person's life, no one exactly knows where or when, not even them. But adults have most likely already reached their dreams, right?

...Some adults can see them though.

But they're your friends and all of your friends will always be there for you. They come from your heart, so they'll go back to adults' heart once they've reached their dreams. Then they'll always be with you instead of disappearing.
