[He's quiet at that; he can't at all argue that Raphael might be a good person. He doesn't believe it. All he believes is that she can and does act contrary to how he knows her at times, and that means little.]

Humans have favorites. So do angels.

It might be possible to visit your world, once the method of travel is devised, or bring you to another. Likely if your world is non-supernatural in nature it would have to be the latter.
