I cannot take your word that I have no reason to worry when I already feel it. The only place I can go is home [ there's another pause ] and I am there.

[ It may not be the home that she's always longed for but with Drogo and her handmaiden's she's starting to feel that she can belong there ]

I'm afraid I don't know where you might be going, but I'm sure it'll be all right.

[ she pauses, then adds shyly: ]

[ Silver hair. Purple eyes. There is no mistaking who she is, or what line of ancient blood she comes from. Alayne's eyes are large but unafraid, even as she bows. ]

These realms work in strange ways, my lady. Those that are separated by time and tide are sometimes blessed with reunion.

Then if I am sent away I may return to him, to my home? [ And would that mean she could return to the Seven Kingdoms also? ]

You know not of these lands but still have faith? How is that so?

Because wherever you go, you can either find your friends or make new ones and as long as you have friends, you can get through anything.

[ She blushes a little bit. ]

[ Drogo. She thinks on the name and does not know him, but this woman — this Targaryen — seems reluctant to leave his side. ]

I felt a lot like that when I first left home. I'd heard and read all the amazing stories about places far away, but I wanted to see them for myself.

It does not. [ Truthfully she feels for the girl, knowing a similar story ] I have no memories of home, all I know of it are stories.

[ Daenerys' manner of speech and mien seem to indicate royalty... much moreso than Amalia's own. ]

Oh... were you born in another place?

I am honored.

I was born in Dragonstone, of the Seven Kingdoms.

[ She dips in a bow, not perfunctory but courteous and low. Alayne Stone has many bows, some less genuine than others, but the woman with the silver hair and the purple eyes earns one of curious (though cautious) wonder. ] I am Alayne Stone, my lady. Daughter to Lord Petyr Baelish.

And, if I may ask— how can a place be your home if you've no memory of it?

[ O-Oh... Daenerys is so formal and respectable and Amalia is kind of having royal-manners-envy right now. ]

Does that mean you're on a quest?

I am honoured. [ It's nice to talk to someone, even if it is someone unknown - though that is becoming familiar, and be able to speak honestly, and share understanding ]

It is my birthplace, where the dragons have lived. I am but the last dragon, and it is my home to return to. [ To take back ]

I hope to be. I wish to know my home, to travel to it, but doing so is difficult.

I wish I could help you, Daenerys.

[ The last dragon.

Immediately she lowers her eyes and then dips again lower. ] You will forgive me, my lady, for not knowing you more readily. [ She is not Your Grace, the Targareyns hold not the Iron Throne. ] But few speak of dragons, save in hushed tones.

I am told that those whom speak would wish me dead. [ As they wished Viserys, and Rhaegar ]

I wish not for conflict, only for my home.

[ Oh she seems so sad... Amalia presses her hands together and then from between them, a pretty lily springs into being, seeming to grow right from thin air. She offers it to the other girl. ]

Dragons are fearsome creatures, or so history and tales both tell us. That which does not bend to their will sees itself burned— [ An awkward pause. Again, she adds: ] —my lady.

Do you fear me? [ Daenerys wouldn't call herself fearsome, even if she is finding strength that she was not aware of before, strength that Viserys had not allowed her to know from fear of him ]

My brother commanded fear yet he was no dragon.

[withfireandblood]

[ That surprises her, though still makes her smile. A kind gesture and a lovely flower, one that she takes ]

Is that another name for a wife?

Yes, the wife oh a Khal, a fearsome warrior.

Yes. He protects me from those whom would wish harm on me.

[ Amalia shakes her head, but since she doesn't know what that means, she actually isn't sure. ]

I'm a Sadida, and all Sadidas are connected to the Tree of Life. We have to watch over all of nature... everything that grows is alive, and I can hear them and talk to them.

[withfireandblood]

[ That causes confusion in Daenerys, confusion that reflects on her expression. She's never heard of Sadida, but the rest makes sense... a little ]

Your magic is true, not dark?

[ Well, these is the voodoo portion of her magic, but... ]

I'm not sure what you mean...

It is only said in story, but some would cause harm with magic.

[terraformagica]

[ Amalia thinks about that for a moment. ]

My Papa said that there are sometimes bad people in the world who want to do wrong by people, but those people will hurt others whether they have magic or not.

So magic isn't good or bad in itself.
