But didn't Munmun say that she was busy? Too much homework? (Sounds boring and Shiro doesn't like boring.)

Shiro happy that Munmun can play with Shiro again, but Shiro doesn't want Munmun to get in trouble! Then Munmun can't eat anpan with Shiro anymore and anpan tastes better with friends, right? ...But maybe Shiro can go play with her friends again when Munmun is done with school, right? Then we can all share anpan and everyone will be happy!

[~~Unless said Munmun decides to take her from recent DMW chapters but our little albino baby doesn't need to know that.~~]

We could play a fortune-telling game. [ He takes a small, delicate bite of his anpan and smiles at her. ] Do you want to know your future?

Ooo yes! Shiro wants to know! Is Toto magic? Is that how Toto knows?

It's a little bit like magic. [ He cocks his head and leans closer to her. ] I could read your palm if you want.

[She eagerly holds out her hand almost whapping Toto in the face. Oops, sorry.]

[ He shrugs modestly (or not) and takes her hand, peering at it intently. He traces the lines on her palm. ]

Hm! There are a lot of interesting things in your future, Shiro.

Ooo, like what? Does Shiro get to play with Ganta and all Shiro's friends again?

You do. And you learn a lot more about yourself, too. And get stronger.

Really? So Shiro becomes more like Aceman, right? And then Shiro can save all her friends and protect them all the time?

[ Smile! ]

But Toto! Shiro wants to know. Thought that Toto and Shiro were friends and friends share secrets.

[ Extremely bright smile. ]

[ He looks at her palm again. ]

What Toto mean? Shiro doesn't hurt people - Shiro protects them like Aceman!

[ His hand stays extended for a moment, holding the air where hers had sat in his. Then he sits back and clasps his hands together. ]
