Yes..it is hard to explain but there are multiple worlds that have alternate versions of many of us. In my alternate world..Kamui is my brother.

I am aware of your version of Kamui, however.

Yes..I suppose there is. Though my brother does not go by Shirou-kun. We do not have that as a last name. So if you encounter him..you may just call him Kamui. [They actually do not have a last name at all.]
