This is how this is going to go. You'll post with me, thread a couple of times and whine for a bit about how "oh gosh I just have so many characters", "I already play from this canon", and "oh I don't need any more villains". Perhaps you'll look at a different game and maybe even get all the way to reserving, before inevitably weaseling it out of it. Then you'll get promptly distracted by some other fellow less worthy of your time and let my account fall into disuse.

You could do that, or you could man up -- excuse me, woman up -- and realize the truth: I'm better than the rest. Together we could do anything. We could even change the status quo of an entire game. Don't waste my time with your nonsense, and let's conquer some countries.

At least there's one thing we both know. Playing the villain is simply more fun.

Untrue. Games get so boring without someone like me. "Oh look, I'm stuck in a world with all these other people stuck here and can't get out!" Without a good villain, all they'd have to do is pick their nails and gossip about who's sleeping with who.

As much as I hate to acknowledge the truisms of narrative law, I've spent too much time with Elan to pretend they have no basis. But just because a villain is inevitable doesn't mean I intend to stand idly by and let you be that one!

The girl who's actually ditzier and less coherent than your son -- don't ask me how that's possible, it's terrifying -- could drop you by teleporting on top of you accidentally. Pretty ignoble.
