At [community profile] lastvoyages and feeling rusty. :c

It has been a while, hasn't it? I certainly appreciate you taking the time to look things over again, instead of just rushing back in.

But before you get too ahead of yourself, there are a few things I'd appreciate you at least attempting to resolve. I know you've been a bit distracted with some of your other characters, but now that you've got some time, going back to finish up a few things can't do any harm.

And while I'm not quite sure how practical a flying wheelchair would be, I'm sure there are far worse projects for Tony to be devoting himself to. I'm just pleased you've managed to find an inmate again after all this time. I'm sure Mr. Stark and I will have a lot to discuss over the next few weeks.

I think a flying wheelchair would suit you just fine. I remember you being a stick in the mud, even back then.

You need something spontaneous.

[personal profile] weshouldnthaveto 2012-06-03 04:04 am (UTC)(link)
Erik would not allow that.

[personal profile] weshouldnthaveto 2012-06-03 04:13 am (UTC)(link)
You do not need to.

If you were to crash. You have a point.

There isn't anything wrong with flying. Promise.
these_fish: (woo-hoo!)

[personal profile] these_fish 2012-06-03 04:07 am (UTC)(link)
I don't think I've had nearly enough time to get used to it, really.

And, sure, it would be different. But still much more convenient than being ground-bound when you have... other options.

Yeah. I know Emma - the different one, not the one you know - respects his skills. Then again, she kind of thinks he can manage to make him do what she wants.

...I suppose she can, too.
these_fish: (Hank: Oh yeah?)

[personal profile] these_fish 2012-06-03 04:28 am (UTC)(link)
He would be kind of like Hank, except... not. Or, at least, the two would probably get along, some of the time.
these_fish: (Oh great)

[personal profile] these_fish 2012-06-03 04:32 am (UTC)(link)
Most people seem to learn to? I think. Or avoid him.

Also, have you met yet a different version of somebody you know? Because talking with Hank who isn't our Hank is soooo weird. He remembers different things and is older and everything, but when he gets started on some of his subject, it is exactly as if that doesn't matter in the slightest.

... I've heard that older Raven can be kind of... frightening. A lot.

I... am not sure I want to know. Do you?
lesliemonster: (and we're awesome)

[personal profile] lesliemonster 2012-06-03 06:09 am (UTC)(link)
We live in time!space. I don't think a flying wheelchair is particularly out of place.

...would it be terribly offensive if I wanted a flying wheelchair too?
bodilesswarrior: (Wry Smile)

[personal profile] bodilesswarrior 2012-06-03 04:44 pm (UTC)(link)
...A flying wheelchair, huh? [hmmm]

You'll need something you can manoeuvre. Streamlined, too, as much as possible. It's not much use if you can't fit it through the door.

That was the trouble with my stairclimber - very bulky, not great on turns. I was working on a new design before...well.

[personal profile] bodilesswarrior 2012-06-03 07:27 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, now you're just being practical.

Nothing wrong with being whimsical sometimes, either.

...Until you take it too far and things start exploding. [barbara, you're not very good at this]
bodilesswarrior: (Cheerful)

[personal profile] bodilesswarrior 2012-06-03 07:33 pm (UTC)(link)
This is why I enjoy the city. Much more room for explosions.
bodilesswarrior: Barbara leans forward, smirking. (Coy)
