A note to an ailing mundane
Hah. Hey there, mun. Burning out just a little with life, huh?
... Ah, but I guess that's an understatement right now.
Busy month makes for a busy mun or something like that, and I know that wears at you. Seems like you never seem to stop sighing at how many conversations I seem to find myself in, haha. Not gonna lie, it's been a crazy month all around for both of us - I don't think anyone can blame you for feeling a little overwhelmed.
Yes, I'm including the mess that happened with Asch and Luke, too. No, I've barely forgotten about that. You know that.
But hey, hey, listen: I understand that being this busy while you're ill is a little new for you. You have every ability to keep a balance, and you know it! And yet for some reason, you're taking all this lag of activity on your part as a sign you're some kind of failure?
Huh. Not to rat on you or anything, but I don't quite see the connection.
So yeah, life's gotten a hold under you and flipped you onto your back for right now. It happens. Just because you're down doesn't mean you're out - extended conversations don't mean you're a failure. Just means you have to manage your time. You can do that.
So stop beating yourself over little things. Don't fret over the detail and precision so much - just get back to enjoying all this! You never lost the ability to have fun with my voice, you idiot. You being afraid of your own actions is your only barrier. At least, that's what I think.
But hey, what do I know?
No worrying about me going anywhere, alright? That's the last of your concerns right now. Hah... I think I like myself right where I'm at, thanks.

[He'd point to the sword which his ghostly tail was attached to the tip of the blade.]

...Alright, then. Not something he's incredibly used to, that's for sure. But he'll play along.]
Well. Can't say I've ever spoken to a... sword before or anything.
Do you have a name?

[He smiles at Guy in a rather disconcerting way.]
And your name?

So hey, who left you stranded out here? Not very proper of a swordsman to abandon their weapon like that.

Huh. Seems kinda careless of him.

Sorry to hear that had to happen. I hope this isn't something common for the two of you... [He'd kind of pity you if that were the case.]
