[Katniss is quiet. Part of her wouldn't mind seeing Effie experience a fraction of what it's like to be thrown into a game, knowing most aren't half as cruel as the Capitol's games.

The rest of her is sympathetic. She doesn't know how Effie would fair.]

Oh you must be kidding! There have to be some regulations, certainly, else it would just be terribly uncivilized. I should at least test the level of sophistication wherever it is I go if there is no choice.

I'm not certain I can handle someone else with poor manners. Katniss, don't make that face, it's not very pretty you know.
