[Finger point.] Better yet, get a ragtag assortment of ne'er-do-wells and misfits to accompany the traveler, me, for maximum audience relatability and comedic situations. The study group, in other words. There's really no one I would rather tackle the multiverse with. Except maybe for Batman; then again, depending on the continuity, he wouldn't be very good for conversation.

We're not really all that much of a study group anymore. Mostly I think we're just friends now. Most of the oddly apropos things that happen around us have nothing to do with actually studying.

I completely understand. Even with DVR, there's something you get from watching a show at its correct time that you can't have if you just watch it whenever. That's another reason why moving time slots is so terrible.

Which Batman? Because I could probably agree with you if we're talking about George Clooney's Batman or Frank Miller's Dark Knight, but in all other continuities Batman is what I'd consider to be the opposite of lame, since it would require a lot of charisma and content of character to not only carry out nocturnal justice but also to continue to pose as an apathetic billionaire playboy by day.

[He pauses and tilts his head.] Although I suppose it's possible that whatever timeline you're from has a Batman that really is lame. In which case I have nothing but pity for you. I'm Abed, by the way.

No one ever really seems good on Skype, though. Webcam technology still has a ways to go. Everyone always just looks like a giant, badly lit head with a tinny voice. I don't know why you think he runs funny, though.
