Revolutions are quite easy to make, Hokh'ton. It is making sure that they don't install a new order that imitates the older one's crimes that is difficult.

But Elloran at least still tries to maintain some human ethics. You Inquestors live as long as the Tyrant, but most of you have nothing like his Noble Purpose.
