Hello, Mun. I realize you never expected to have me in your head, and I'm not sure why you invited me. The . . . other guy . . . isn't exactly the most welcome of house guests.
Nor am I sure what you're going to do with me. I hope we can work something out.I'd like to meet others of the Avengers, if they're around.
If you'll excuse me, I think one of my experiments needs attending to . . .

I apologize immediately :x
Still weird to look at you.
No apologies needed!
['Weird' doesn't even begin to cover it. He's spent a good portion of his life trying to suppress this guy, and now here he is in his face.]

[Weird's good enough for him. Annoying works too. Bruce is the more curious one here considering he's the one who actually cares about the 'multiple worlds, multiple us' thing.]

[Banner firmly squashes the rage that wants to crop up at this reminder. Being the Hulk is seductive, freeing, a relief in the simplicity of combat and letting out all the bottled frustration. But this isn't the time. One of them has to remain able to do the long-term thinking.]

[...being stared at. With something that closely resembles awe.]
By the home— [Crusader cuts himself off, gives a respectful nod instead. Nearly a bow, really.]
I mean... it is an honor to meet you, sir.
no subject
[Just give him a moment to manage the surprise.]
Well, that's . . . nice. Thank you. Do I know you?
no subject
No. My... people know of you. As both a man of science and a great warrior.
[And the greatest threat Earth has to offer. Really, the Skrull couldn't have invaded if the Earthers hadn't neutralized their own best weapon first.
On the other hand,
Z'regCrusader? Is pretty much just fanboying.](no subject)

Oh. Ah, no coffee, if you don't mind? I know Stark drinks gallons of the stuff, but I prefer tea.
[This. Is awkward. He's trying to be polite, but the fact is that nobody wants an over-caffienated Hulk rampaging around.]
no subject
I suppose that was more along the lines of warning, rather than apology.

I'm working on a portable, tunable energy tracking device. The search for the Tesseract gave me the idea - if we can trace gamma radiation, then why not other elecromagnetic frequencies?
[He tries adjusting one of the parameters, and winces at the way the waveform on the screen shudders and breaks apart. He resets it quickly.]
Still having a little trouble with background interference . . .

Hmm, not really my field. I've never seen this kind of equipment before though! ( very sleek, sexier than the stuff she gets to use in the training labs, which is all kinds of fascinating to her because it seems like, as far as her timeline goes, he's striving for some pretty outdated breakthroughs. ) Did you design this?

[Omfg halp, he is stuck in his mun's head with Cap, who is an experiment but knows nothing of the doing science part.]

[He understands all about being stuck in the mun's head. The only other humans in here are a musician and a computer programmer.]

Ah. Enough about me. How have you been, Agent Coulson?

This is all your fault, THE CRYSTAL.
I take full and gleeful responsibility, O Queen of Typos
[He's smiling as he says it. He likes the snarky AI, and the fact that she trolls Tony is, in his opinion, more than enough reason to like her. Not that he'll tell Stark that - he likes the man, but sometimes a more vindictive part of Bruce needs to see him be taken down a peg or two.]
At least we are getting a semi-friendly Echo out of it.
[The AI pauses to process his question and cycle through its answer options. It - she - has no true opinion on what it looks like. However, a base understanding of the concept of human emotion is written into its programming, allowing it to select the answer that it calculates will please the user the most.]
It is very satisfactory. You have my gratitude, Mr. Banner.

Hell, took mine, what? A day and a half to even notice I was here.

Mine noticed me when I 'Hulked out' in her head.

And I'd be a pretty piss-poor assassin if I couldn't be quiet.
