homeless, and looking. suggestions welcomed!

Over here as well, then?

You're not very good at this, you know. I've a feeling that if you truly desired to send me somewhere new, a place with structure and setting, that you would have accomplished that long ago. Let's not forget your failed attempts with applications as of late.

I would not mind, of course. It is highly entertaining, watching you continue to get your hopes up over and over.

Try a little harder, then. And if there is no place for me, then that should not surprise you.

It means that the person who complains about a problem is the one it's fixed for, but it only works if you don't complain about every little thing that gets on your nerves like you're a child.

No, because then you'd be hurting people because you felt like throwing a tantrum. I'm not saying you can't complain ever--I'm from New York, complaining is our official language--but unless you want a reputation as someone who's never happy, you need to space it out for maximum effect.
exloserspromise: (why would you do that?)

Is there some filter in your head that distorts what I'm saying before you even register it, or is it deliberate? Whine or don't, whatever makes you happy! Just don't expect other people to filter through the noise to your real problems if complaining is all you ever do.

I'm being told to add "unless you want to pay a therapist" to that, so as usual there are exceptions.

[And you make him sigh. Why does he always get stuck with the big world domination villains? His life used to be so simple!]

"Just allegiance"? What is this, the fifteenth century? Monarchy is a terrible system of government, try something else. Volunteer at a soup kitchen, people will love you.

[They are some pretty rad villains. Too bad Steve doesn't agree.]

Nothing's impossible.

[Pro tip: he appreciates art supplies a lot more than attempts at world domination.]

I guess we will, since you're so determined.

[You mean now he's stuck with Roseart? Noooo D:]

Actually, I'd consider it a refreshing change of pace if you weren't a challenge; I've run into plenty already.
