I can squish you under my thumb at any given moment, break every bone in your body without laying a hand on you and turn your muscles inside out. You can't convince me to play these games. I'm not the pawn here, and you seem to be forgetting that important detail.

Secondly, that is not me. This other 'PB,' as you call it, doesn't look like me, either. This should be your first clue that trying to start something with me will be futile. No one is going to know who I am-which is my intent all along- and they're not going to know what I truly look like.

You're optimistic. You're also male, going up against a female who has her mind set on something. Boyo, she doesn't need your cooperation to send you somewhere. Stubbornness will probably only make her more inclined to send you along to "see what happens". Trust me on this.

Suffice to say that I'm not a mensch. My people were imprisoned by an ancient enemy long ago. A few of us have finally escaped from that prison. My Lord entrusted me with the task to go out among the worlds and try to help others who may have been imprisoned as well.

The Blood are human, but not. We wear Jewels and draw power from the Abyss to fuel our Craft, and we rule and protect the land and people. Those who aren't Blood are called landens in my Realms.

That is a very serious task. No wonder you're not happy with your Mundane's idea of sending you somewhere. It's possible, though, that one of the ones you've been charged to help is trapped in the world she's thinking of sending you to. You'd still be fulfilling your duty to try and help them escape, if that's the case.
