Which honestly makes like zero sense to me, because what the hell could you have done to make Mrs. Frederick fire you, you're.. you! You're Jinksy! Or, you know, I thought you were, until I left a bunch of messages on your phone and you only called me back to tell me to quit calling you. And if there was an artifact that made someone suddenly turn into this gigantic tool, I'd blame that, but it doesn't seem very likely since you're not even with the Warehouse anymore and everybody seems to think I should just forget about it and-- [She laughs, bitterly.] --easier said then done!

[Sometimes, more often than one might expect, that truth thing is really irritating. As far as he knows, Mrs. Fredrick is the only one who's never wanted him out of Warehouse 13, though luckily for him, most of the animosity faded after Myka came back.]

Maybe there is an artifact like that. It's the only reasonable explanation, right? There's no way I'd tell you to stop calling, not unless my phone was being tapped or something, and Mrs. Fredrick doesn't seem like the type to bother with a severance package. Can people even be fired, once they know about this place?
