We have some of the best healers around here in Republic City. If it was so simple, I would think they'd have figured something out.

I don't know if it's simple or not. Aang didn't get the Avatar State back until Ozai smashed him against a rock, according to him.

No, she isn't. With Avatar Aang gone, she spends most of her time in the South, these days. But if we need an expert, I'd rather have her outside of the city, than in it, with the Equalists.
