The statement is incorrect. The Alliance Military exists to prevent galactic intervention on such a scale. Like all Alliance races, humans are opposed to slavery, both of their own kind and others.

No, sweet lady, I know of opposition. It's been made known enough times. But they're still a weak race, and that doesn't change any.

They have repelled an enemy greater in number, strength and intelligence than themselves, a feat unaccomplished by any preceding race. I would not classify that as weak.
