Application cycles for Luceti are spaced out by two months as opposed to the standard one month. I am terribly sorry you won't be joining in.

However, I do share your sentiments, my mun, Riki, rushed through my application and only barely managed to post it exactly at 11:59 PM. I do have to wonder why being on time is so difficult for some muns...
