That kind of thought is rather selfish, don't you think? We all must come to terms with the universal rule that all that begins eventually comes to an end. This is true of ourselves, too.

And yet, in a broader sense, nobody is ever forgotten. That individual of the mouse race... he was able to prosper because of the seeds that your existence sowed. When you think about it, it's almost as if he were your child.
