Dude I saw you in passing on the Helicarrier once when Fury was trying to recruit me and Hank into SHIELD and that was before you went over to Hydra's side. There was never any mention of Avengers...heck I'm the one who named the team and well Clint didn't join us until after the incident at the Cube with the gamma radiated super-villains.
