Well, well. You certainly know how to flatter a girl, don't you?

I can't say I mind the attention. The icons are certainly nice! But -- don't think I'm being ungrateful -- is this really the best time for me to run off to some 'game'? The inn won't run itself, you know. And I wouldn't want the villagers to think I've gone and disappeared on them.

The poor things would be frantic.

No, better to stay here and save them the worry. Besides, where would you even send me? I'm sure we both agree that losing my bending isn't an option..?

You're a bender?

There's bending allowed in the place I'm in.

[ And no Waterbenders other than Aang. ]

But it's not exactly... a normal place. It's a ship. In outer space.

[ He's still not clear on the whole outer space bit. Even if he's been there a while, the concept of all this... LIFE outside of their world is hard to grasp. At least they visit other planets for a while each month. ]

Yeah it's... pretty big. Maybe around the size of Ba Sing Se if you've ever been there.

[ Helpful gesticulation. Okay, it's not that helpful. There's no way his hands can emulate how big the ship is. ]

There's a handful of benders on the ship. I wouldn't say many, especially since half the people from our world on the ship are non-benders, but there are a few people from other worlds who can bend. So I guess... from our world, there's only three of us who can bend.

Somehow. You would think a ship that big couldn't move... but the thing that makes it go—the Drive—runs on "improbability." So I guess since the idea of a ship so massive being able to move is improbable, it's... possible.

[ He hopes that made -some- sense. ]

I'm not exactly sure you'd be all that fond of the planet we've stopped at for the month. Apparently, it used to be an oceanic world until people came in and started polluting it. So now the water's oily and the sun's barely shining through the smog.

[ PROBABLY THE FIRE NATION'S DOING. ]

...Anyway, I don't know if there's anyone on board you'd know, but that doesn't mean people you know won't pop up someday. You should give it some thought; it'd give you a chance to stretch your legs for more than just a stroll.

That's the one good thing about most games -- time stays still while you're gone. [ n o p e she doesn't recognize her. why would she? ]
