[Bela takes a moment to think before carefully saying,] It's not so much luck as it is skill.

Take for example, someone in grieving who wants to contact their dearly departed. I want money. I make it happen. They pay me. And if I can't... well, there's a saying "fake it until you make it" for a reason, yeah?

Con, tell a white lie... [Bela shrugs] The end result is the same, I see no need to quibble over authenticity.

Only if they know they've been lied to. They hear whatever it is they need or want to hear though, so I can't say I've had any problems. Not real ones anyway. [Bela, of course, doesn't typically stick around long enough to hear them question it if they're going to though.]

That's interesting in a way, I suppose. But guess you can't make impossible things really happen. Like say time travel.

No, I can't really add that to my resumé. But I'm willing to believe there's something out there that can get the job done.
