[Castiel's well aware she's a huge danger, and that he's powerless around her, but there's an upside to thinking he should be dead. He's kind of fearless about ending up that way.]

Opening Purgatory was a mistake.

[He has no problem admitting it. The plan hadn't been one--that had still been their only option--but knowing what's in it... He wouldn't have made the same choice again, because it was just new destruction. Neither he or Crowley had truly stopped anything.]
