If you are intending to look for a new home for me, this time I would like a say.

Things have not gone well for us in the past. I believe it will be in our best interests to work together in our search for a new home.

... I would like to see my friends again. I would like them to still be my friends. And I would like my memories to remain intact. I believe those are suitable requests.

She has found that casts for our game are increasingly hard to find... You have found one, Shinjiro-san?

Sorta. The whole place I'm at is messed up. There's Strega members crawling out of the woodwork...and they're being let by one of the two Minato's there. Jin, Chidori...word of advice? In their world, apparently Ken's joined 'em. Their world's Ken tried to kill me the day I showed up...not that I can't blame him...

[He sighs. The whole's place been frustrating for the most part.]

I...there's a Ryoji there too, but his apparently the triplet sibling of Minato and Minato in his world. But my Minako's there...can't say I would complain seeing more SEES around, mind you, even if you ain't quite from my world.

[That. Is. Shinji. Talk. For. He might. Be missing. You guys. After all, it was you and Metis who lead him into the Abyss of Time.]

...actually you mind answer me a question Aigis? Minato or Minako, which one rings a bell for you?

[WOW THAT ALL FLIES OVER HER HEAD. Strega Ken is a bothersome idea. Minato in Strega is just chilling. But triplets, what?]

Even if he was from a different world, Minato-san is not like that.

I have spoken with you in several games. You have yet to be dead when I have done so. The strangeness has worn off.

[She frowns at that bit. Needs her? Ouch you know how to hit where it hurts.]

Stop it with the sentimental bullcrap, Aigis. He's ain't like what you think because it isn't him. If you think you'd be able to just waltz there and make him change his ways, you got another thing coming.

Especially when there's a SEES version of him in the tower too. He doesn't have anyone from his world, unlike the Strega dumbass and his buddies.

Even if he's not from my world, even if he's made mistakes, you should not speak about Minato-san that way. He may even be our enemy in whatever world he is from, but you should never speak about him like that.

If you are from a world with Minako-san, you might not understand. But I will not tolerate speaking poorly of him.

Tch. I've already had enough of this bullshit. Whatever. If you want to go ahead and try to play the hero, come see him with your own eyes.

[There's someone Minato hasn't seen in a very long time.]

[If she had any fear that she wouldn't have any friends, then Minato wanted to drive that feeling away. He would be with her for as long as she needed him to be since... he had to leave her the last time. It was only fair that he could have his chance to stay with her now.]

[It's been a while since she's seen him, too.]

... Hello, Minato-san.

[It's nice, having a chance to see her again as it was with seeing any of his friends.]

You're okay?

[Well, looking for a new home aside and all, which he will ask more about in a second. But at least it was one way to start the conversation.]

I have been fine. [No she hasn't, her game experience last time was the worst yet.]

... Are you? [That's the important part, really.]

[Ah, if only he knew exactly what her last game experience was. Minato could take Aigis at her word, although he had an inkling that there might be more to what she was saying. He wouldn't pursue it though. He gave her a nod.]

I am. [But to him, it was more important that she was okay. Happy.]

Did you want help in searching for a new home?

I was hoping I could find some, but last time I was lead to a place where part of our history didn't happen.

[Oh, Caligo, having no Answer.]

[That is surprising. It's hard enough to have to watch those around them not remember their past and history, let alone not having it happen at all.]

You wanted to find a place with more of our friends there?

... I was hoping to find you. [Looking for one is much easier than looking for everyone.]

[That was the same sentiment Minato had. On both parts, actually. In a way, she had never left him, and he never left her.]

I'm glad I found you too.

... I'm in a place called Wonderland. It's at

entranceway.

[If she was interested. He (and his mun) didn't want to push her in any particular direction.]

She has been looking there, actually. A friend of hers recently joined it and recommended it...

It would be nice to see you again.

Mn, it's the only place I've ever been.

[It's the last line that made him smile a little more though.]

... And I feel the same about you.

[And if she did join him in Wonderland, then he would do all he could to protect her.]

[If Aigis could blush, she would.]

Do you like it in Wonderland? I've heard stories about a Wonderland, before.

[That seemed like a simple question, but it was actually quite loaded. Or at least the answer had to be. Not that he would expect any less of her asking something like that since she always did have a way of picking up on so many other perspectives that some others might've taken for granted. It helped to open his eyes more too.

He nodded to show that he did like it. But of course, more explanation was needed.]

I know I should be home. But I don't mind it there.

[Not that he ever, ever regretted his decision. Never. But if this is the hand he had been dealt, then he had to make do with it. It was also another... chance. He didn't want to waste it.]

[Like Aigis would ever blame him. She wouldn't say a bad word about him. If he wanted a second chance, Minato of all people deserved it.]

It is not a struggle on your own?

[Minato felt warm inside. It had been a long time since he last felt that same exact feeling. He had to thank her for reminding him of what that was like.]

It's all right. [Read: A little. It's always better with friends from home, after all. But he couldn't have her worrying about him.]

I've made some new friends there. ... They'd like you.

[Some from their future at home, in fact. He wasn't sure if he should bring up the other wild card from the little town with the fog. He could mention it later.]

I would like to meet them someday.

[So long as they're not a threat, any friends of Minato's are friends of hers, in her opinion.]

She has been reading about the game since yesterday. Maybe I can see you there, soon.

[No, no threats! All his friends are nice. He wanted them to meet her too. He liked knowing that his friends would all know each other and be connected. The smile on his face never faded, and it turned softer, as if he reserved that smile for her and her alone.]

I'll wait for you.

[But even if they didn't meet in Wonderland, Minato still wanted her to know that she's never left his thoughts.]

Those requirements will be hard to fill if you're looking to be put in a game.

She has managed it before, all but one time.

I do not want a repeat of those days.
