It sounds like whoever named him the same sense of humor my brother has.

Well, Dad was the one that named him, I think. Which kind of makes sense since he's Uncle Sokka's nephew.

For a long time, there was so much going on that I barely had time to think about anything else other than stopping the war. Then the war ended and I was finally given the time I needed to think and feel.

Unfortunately. [Still doesn't get why everyone is making such a big fuss over the "oogies." Blinks as she looks him over. Zuko looks younger and he looks older than when she last saw him.] Sweetie?

[ Aang strokes the small hairs on his chin. ] I did just start growing this beard, so it's understandable that you wouldn't recognize me. [ He says with a giant, toothy grin. ]

[Has heard that people come from different times but it hasn't really hit her until now. He might look older but that grin is all him and it brings a smile to her face. She reaches up and lightly runs her fingers over his chin.] I like it, it will look good on you once it's grown out.

[Not that Zuko would really know -- he hasn't seen Sokka in forever.]

[Studies him. This Zuko looks much more like the Zuko she last saw back home. She's more cautious around him but that doesn't stop her from responding to him.]

It's all he says, he keeps on going on and on and on. I wish he'd realize it's stupid and not funny.

[Zuko is well aware of the tension, but he's trying to do his best to dispel it. After all, he's trying to start reaching out to them with negotiations.]

You two must be pretty bad, for him to complain about it all the time. [He's teasing... Mostly.]

He's one to talk! It's like he's forgotten all about half the time he spent with Suki!

[Despite how she's coming off, she appreciates that the two can interact like this. It reminds her of how things used to be.]
