I am inclined to disagree. Perhaps your puppeteer calls you "the most human monster" because you retain a certain, shall we say... amiability that neither the vampires of the Battalion nor Alucard possesses. Does that make you more human, though? Nein.

From the very moment a human chooses to become a monster, her indomitable will becomes a nonentity. If you were still a human, I think... that you would not have hesitated to kill me on the spot.

You are as much of a monster as Alucard is. Even if you are still a fledgling. Your memories might still contain the days back when you still had a will, but... the experience is now something that has long since escaped you.
