[She drops Yukiko's hand in favor of embracing her in her usual rough manner]

[Yukiko lets out a delighted squeal]

Oh Chie, I love it when you're so commanding.

[Chie smirks, leaning in to rest her chin on her shoulder]

That's why I do it. If you didn't love it, I'd go gentle.

Oh no. Everyone else is already so gentle, like they think I'm going to break if they so much as breathe on me. I like that you don't do that.

I just don't want to do anything that will make you want to leave me. If I have to be rough, I'll be rough.

I won't leave. I'm yours, remember, to do with as you please.

[neverlethergo]

I want to believe it. I want to believe that you won't ever stray from me; that it'll be just us for all of eternity. But... [She sighs against her neck, nuzzling] Doesn't a princess always dream of better things?

[She gives a content hum, arms wrapping around Chie to keep her close]

As long as you keep reminding me of just how lucky I am, I have no reason to dream.

You're so lucky that you have a best friend like me...I'll always be there. Nobody will ever care for you like I do. [She mumbles into her neck, rambling] L don't ask for too much...

[Yukiko pulls back to try and get Chie to look at her]

You could ask for anything and I'd give it. So many people would take advantage of that and not even think about it, but not you. You care, and that's why I belong to you.

[Chie looks up, distracted by the sudden movement]

I'm not like those perverts that would take advantage of you, Yukiko. All I've ever needed is you by side. If you needed me to do something, I'd do it. If you don't want to be treated carefully? That's fine.

I know.

[She leans in close, mouth just barely away from Chie's]

I may be weak, but I won't break. And I know how it makes you happy that I let you play that way.

Yukiko...

[It would be so easy to lean forward, just a fraction. To steal that kiss. But she won't]

I'd do anything for you. You just have to say it.

[seeksherprince]

Maybe this will say it better.

[And she moves to try to close the barely existent gap between them, initiating but submissive to any move Chie might make to take control]

[For all of her bravado, she's careful. She could take everything but that would just scare off Yukiko, right? No. That's not something she'd ever want but this kiss... She preses closer to her, regaining her grip around Yukiko. It's almost gentle]

[Yukiko smiles against Chie's lips as she feels her hold on her, pressing into her just a little. Much as she enjoys the princess act most of the time, she does so also enjoy casting that aside and relinquishing herself to the one person she could utterly rely on]

[She feels the smile against her lips. It makes her grip grow tighter. She ends the kiss quietly. Her smile is wide]

Not a bad start for eternity, is it?

Not bad at all, for a start.

[She grins, her hold on Chie tightening just a little]

But I think we can do better.

If you think so, I'll make it happen.

[If Yukiko said it--then, well. Who was she to argue?]

What next, then?

[And her grin broadens]

[There's a blush there, almost hesitancy]

[And she leans in again]
