I'm afraid none of us do. And I think some on the Barge would argue that they are out there, doing something. It's just in a different way then they would if they were at home.

There is no rule, necessarily. There are a few wardens who might have been inmates at a different point in their lives and vice versa. Some are there for reasons other than their involvement in military campaigns.

Well, I wasn't exactly a monster when I was sent out on Operations.

Not all inmates are monsters. Most of them are at most, misguided.
