What kind of idiot are you? And that so-called boyfriend of yours? He's an idiot too! You should both get penalties for causing a huge emotional distress upon me, upon the brigade, and upon his fake family, too!

Oh, and while I'm here, you better get your butt off and let me talk to the other Kyons - so I can have their opinion on the situation. After all, you did say that I have a "Kyon harem"! And try to enable some other brigade members, too. I'd really like a Mikuru-chan and a Koizumi-kun.

And! If a Kyon doesn't reply in the next thirty seconds, I'm penalizing you for not spreading the word! Got it?

People die every day, Haruhi, it's just a fact of life, no matter how much you want them to live forever. Learning this and being able to deal with it is part of growing up, which lets the two of us be honest here, is something you need to do, at times.

You know that you're a good friend of mine over in the town, and I think that we'd both agree that if you waved your hands to keep everyone from dying...then what would be the point? Sure, there's the revival machine, but that's different. Plus, if she had you knowingly use your powers...well, that just wouldn't be right, would it?

[To be honest, she doesn't want to live forever, she just doesn't want someone to die when they're not supposed to die. Even more so i that place.]

I could tell you a lot of stories about people who either died before their time, or survived when they really shouldn't. I did tell that alternate version of you about that, actually.

Its just...sometimes bad things happen, even to good people. Do you think that Kyon would want you to risk yourself to avenge him? Do you think that he'd want any of us to do it?
